Madinaty is one of Egypt’s key real estate development projects, developed by Talaat Moustafa Group in partnership with three of the largest American real estate companies, namely HHCP Architects, SWA Group, and SASAKI.
Madinaty is considered an extension of New Cairo on the 33rd km of the Cairo-Suez road. It is also close to each of El Shorouk City with about 2 km, the New Administrative Capital and Cairo International Airport. It is about a 10 minutes drive from Heliopolis, and around 20 minutes from Downtown Cairo. In addition, Madinaty provides a clean environment and a comfortable ecosystem at all times.
It is also worth noting that Madinaty is the first Egyptian city to implement a centralized waste recycling system. It covers an area of about 8,000 acres and provides housing units for about 600,000 people, with a number of villas and buildings.

Madinaty is home to many residential areas divided into villas and condominiums, each including large green spaces and pedestrian paths. Madinaty’s villas are divided into; Golf villas (B1), the Golf heights (B2), the Golf area (B4), (B5), and the (VGIII) area. Each of these areas overlooks golf fields or artificial lakes.
As for the condominium areas, they are (B1), (B2), (B3), (B6), (B7), (B8), (B10), (B11) and (B12), with a wide array of apartments that meet all needs; featuring private gardens and overlooking the public gardens.
There are areas and amenities that are close to the most prominent places in Madinaty; where B7 is located near Madinaty Sports Club, B6 is near Madinaty's main parking lot, and B10 is near Madinaty's Central Park.
Arabesque Mall
Arabesque Mall is one of Madinaty’s largest malls. It has many shops, cafes and restaurants, in addition to pharmacies and ATM machines.
Open Air Mall
The Open Air Mall is one of Egypt’s largest malls, with an area exceeding 92,000 square meters. It has the most famous shopping outlets, and the most iconic restaurants and cafes. It also includes the Renaissance Cinema Complex with more than 15 screens and the Xtreme Land Amusement Park, which has the latest electronic and carnival games for children and youth. This is in addition to the Air Zone, which is considered one of the largest trampoline parks in Egypt.
Madinaty Sporting Club
Madinaty Sporting Club is located in Madinaty’s downtown, on the 33rd kilometer of the Suez Road, on an area of 200 acres. It contains over 26 sports academies, including the Liverpool International Academy, and sports fields and swimming pools.
South Park
The South Park is one of Madinaty’s commercial and entertainment complexes that contains a group of restaurants, cafes, and local and international shops. It has various water bodies, green spaces, and breathtaking landscapes. It also has Fun City amusement parks, which is one of the kids’ favorite entertaining spots.
Madinaty Central Park
This is Madinaty’s largest park, encompassing restaurants, cafes, a special area for walking and running, an area for recreational games, a space for parties and exhibitions, in addition to a mosque.
Madinaty has high-quality transportation services with 22 buses that operate regularly to transport residents from Madinaty to Cairo and neighboring areas, and vice versa. There are also 9 buses to transport residents inside the city.
Madinaty is home to about 120,000 housing units, including apartments, duplexes, villas, townhouses, twin houses, and studios, with areas ranging from 42 square meters to 660 square meters.
