The company has developed flexible systems for credit facilities of up to 12 years to facilitate the purchase process for customers. The project is scheduled to be delivered in 2025, and works are being prepared within the work site.
Al-Haddad revealed the contract with the engineering consulting office (Arcrite) to make the engineering and construction designs for the project. A contract was also signed with Itqan Financial Consulting Company. The company is currently negotiating with a company specialized in managing and operating the project to provide professional management.
The head of the commercial sector revealed the company's expansion plan to implement three other projects that will be launched soon, as the company aims to implement a series of projects with commercial and administrative activity, with investments exceeding one billion pounds.
